Job summary

Serta Simmons Bedding in Houston, TX is seeking a Regional/Local Truck Driver to join our driving team. The role offers full-time hours, Regional/Local routes, and a modern fleet with late-model equipment.

Earn $1,300–$1,800 per week with potential bonuses, including a $2,000 sign-on bonus. Candidates must hold a valid CDL-A, have 2+ years of verified CDL Experience, be 21+, and able to read and write English.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record.
• 2 years of verifiable CDL A experience (less than 2 years considered for training).
• Strong customer service and time management skills.
• Must be at least 21 years old and DOT qualified.
• Ability to handle tailgating freight with a cart.
• Must be able to read, write, and understand English.

Pay:

$1300 - $1800 per week according to hours and route. Quarterly Bonus Potential $500.

Bonus:$2,000 Sign-On Bonus (not available for Rehires or Trainees)

Schedule:

Full-time | 40–70 hours/week

• Regional and Local Routes – Out 2-3 nights per week with time off over the weekend.
• Assigned Truck– Late model equipment
