Job summary

State Bank seeks a Treasury Management Relationship Manager to cover Defiance, Paulding, Williams counties and Fort Wayne, IN markets. You will develop and manage high‑value Treasury Management relationships with business customers and drive growth in deposits, fees, and service adoption.

Collaborating with Commercial, Retail, Wealth Management, and Private Banking partners, you will tailor Treasury Management solutions, educate clients, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of related banking, treasury management, sales, or financial services experience preferred
• Strong business development and relationship management skills and ability to design solutions

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and manage Treasury Management relationships with existing and prospective business customers.
• Achieve sales, deposit growth, and fee income goals through tailored Treasury Management solutions.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Retail, Small Business, Wealth Management, and Private Banking partners to grow client relationships and drive opportunities.
• Educate internal partners and clients on Treasury Management products, services, and compliance with laws and policies.
