Trinity Services Group seeks a Traveling Food Service Director to plan and direct food service operations across multiple sites. You will oversee kitchen activities, manage a team of supervisors and cooks, and ensure compliance with client contracts and safety standards in secure facilities.

You will travel extensively, report to the District Manager, and lead a team through operational and financial responsibilities at each site.

Qualifikationen

• Five years of management or supervisory experience in a food service environment.
• Three years of management or supervisory experience in a food service environment.
• ServSafe Food Manager's Certification required.
• Knowledge of basic accounting and payroll concepts.
• Valid Driver License.

Aufgaben

• Oversee quantities of food prepared and served per site plan.
• Hire, orient, train and issue corrective action to team members.
• Review payroll on a bi-weekly basis.
• Ensure team training for safe job responsibilities.
• Maintain inventory accuracy for planned menus.
• Know and comply with client contractual obligations.
• Maintain onsite reports of daily and monthly financials and activity.
• Responsible for any state inspections of food service operations.
• Travel up to 100% from home base including overnight stays.
