Job summary

TRIGO Global Quality Solutions is seeking a Traveling Sr. Team Lead based in the central Ohio region to support multiple customer locations.

The role requires frequent travel, including overnight stays, to provide leadership and operational support across sites. You will establish customer relationships, lead site teams, train inspectors, and ensure adherence to company and customer guidelines while maintaining a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to travel frequently and stay overnight as required.
• Experience with inspection or quality-related roles is a plus.
• Comfort working across multiple sites with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with customers and site personnel.
• Daily communication with stakeholders at the site level.
• Train inspectors and validate adherence to processes and audits.
• Document and report non-conformances to Site Leader/Supervisor.
• Ensure compliance with safety and company policies.
