Job summary

SpecialtyRx is seeking an ADU Travel Technician to support long-term care facilities across Pittsburgh, PA and Eastern OH. You will travel locally, work independently, and maintain ADS inventory while coordinating with facility staff and pharmacy teams.

Requirements include a High School diploma, active Pharmacy Technician license, and the ability to travel between sites. We offer competitive hourly pay, mileage reimbursement, comprehensive health coverage, retirement benefits, and paid time off

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Active Pharmacy Technician license (as required by state regulations).
• Experience in pharmacy, inventory management, or ADS preferred.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel locally and work independently.
• Strong written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned healthcare facilities throughout the Pittsburgh, PA and Eastern OH area.
• Maintain active communication with client facility staff and pharmacy teams, primarily via email.
• Maintain accurate ADS inventory records, including medication quantities and expiration dates.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve inventory discrepancies to ensure accurate billing.
• Replace medications approaching expiration to maintain compliance and patient safety.
• Perform monthly cycle counts and audits to ensure system accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Represent SpecialtyRx professionally onsite at client facilities.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by supervisor.
