Job summary
Domino’s is seeking a Senior Transportation Safety & Compliance Specialist to serve as a regional safety partner for supply chain centers, transportation and regional leadership. The role strengthens safety performance and ensures DOT/FMCSA compliance across the region through guidance, coaching, and documented action plans.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in safety, transportation, logistics or related field.
- Minimum 5 years in transportation safety management in a large corporate setting.
- Knowledge of DOT guidelines, OSHA compliance and FMCSR.
Responsibilities
- Conduct periodic DOT/FMCSA compliance reviews including driver files, hours-of-service, and inspections.
- Monitor safety data and trends to identify risks and recommend mitigations.
- Support investigations and root cause analysis for accidents and injuries.
- Provide field coaching through ride-alongs and telematics insights.
- Deliver safety training on defensive driving, inspections, and safety protocols.
- Verify corrective actions and ensure effective closure across regions.
- Report findings and trends to leadership to drive risk reduction.
