Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum two years' experience as a Shipping/Receiving supervisor or production supervisor.
• Preferred bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate outbound and inbound loads with carriers.
• Ensure DOT compliance and accurate driver logs.
• Negotiate transportation rates and select appropriate carriers.
• Coordinate loading and shipping with S/R personnel and sales.
• Audit freight bills and resolve shipping issues with customers.
• Prepare reports and maintain data in the system.
