Job summary

Satair USA, Inc. is seeking a Transportation Manager to lead regional logistics operations in the US, coordinating with 3PLs, customers, and internal teams.

The role focuses on regional transport governance, compliance, and strategic execution of complex shipments. You will partner with Sales, Customer Order Desk, and Warehouse teams to translate local needs into scalable logistics solutions, while engaging in global projects and sharing best practices across Europe and Asia-Pacific.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in transportation management, freight forwarding, or logistics management.
• CPL/CTL certification preferred but not required.
• Proven track record with external service providers.

Responsibilities

• Regional Service Provider Management: monitor 3PLs/Integrators and ensure SLAs, costs and quality.
• Operational Performance & Governance: oversee high-level shipments and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Customer & Stakeholder Management: act as Transport Partner for Sales, Order Desk, and Warehouse teams in US.
• Specialized Logistics Solutions: SME for AOG and project cargo flows.
• Project Representation: represent region in global transport projects and share best practices across regions.
• Additional Duties as assigned.
