The position emphasizes leadership, budgeting, and collaboration with business partners. Qualified candidates will manage driver activities, implement cost controls, and drive continuous improvement in freight and fleet operations using Power BI and related tools.

Qualifications

• Oversee regional transportation operations and compliance.
• Lead safety and DOT compliance for the team.
• Coordinate budgeting, capex and spend forecasting for transport assets.
• Ensure timely load-out and driver performance insights are tracked.

Responsibilities

• Manage all Transportation operations for your region.
• Oversee safe and efficient transport of materials per company rules.
• Hold weekly driver meetings and conduct one-on-one sessions as needed.
• Review Teletrac Navman videos and address findings with drivers.
• Coordinate asset registrations, permits, and regulatory filings.
• Oversee fleet maintenance and quarterly federal compliance.
• Foster relationships with contractors and ensure contract terms are met.
• Communicate market intelligence to operations and commercial teams.
