Job summary

Goodwill Central Coast is seeking a Regional Transportation & Solicitation Manager to lead transportation and donor services across Monterey, Santa Cruz, and San Luis Obispo Counties. You will drive efficient logistics, ensure regulatory compliance, and guide a team to deliver exceptional donor service.

You will oversee fleet maintenance, inspections, and GPS monitoring while using data to improve routes, costs, and service levels.

Qualifications

• Experience in transportation, logistics, and fleet management.
• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of transportation operations and compliance requirements.
• Ability to use data to improve routes, costs, and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional transportation, fleet, and donor services across Monterey, Santa Cruz, and San Luis Obispo Counties.
• Oversee fleet management, maintenance, inspections, GPS monitoring, and regulatory compliance.
• Optimize transportation logistics: routing, staffing, pickups, deliveries, and events.
• Analyze fleet and donation data to identify trends and opportunities for efficiency.
• Develop and hold teams accountable for performance, safety, and service.
