Job summary

Goodwill Central Coast is seeking a Regional Transportation & Solicitation Manager to lead transportation and donor services across Monterey, Santa Cruz, and San Luis Obispo Counties. You will oversee fleet maintenance, compliance, GPS monitoring, and routing, while managing home and donor pickups, store deliveries, and special collection events.

We value strong leadership and analytical problem‑solving to optimize operations, reduce costs, and improve donor experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in transportation, logistics, and fleet management. Oversight of vehicle maintenance, inspections, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong leadership to coach and develop teams and ensure safety and service expectations.
• Ability to analyze transportation and donation data to improve efficiency and costs.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional transportation, fleet, and donor services operations across Central Coast counties.
• Oversee fleet management and compliance, including inspections, maintenance, GPS monitoring, and regulatory adherence.
• Optimize transportation logistics, routing, pickups, deliveries, and special collection events.
• Use data to drive performance, identify trends, and improve efficiency and service.
• Develop and hold teams accountable for performance, safety, and compliance.
