Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking a Regional Transitions Coordinator to support onboarding new property management assignments, manage the due diligence process, and oversee property dispositions within a growing portfolio. This role requires coordinating with Regional and National teams to ensure smooth transition operations.

Qualifications

• Up to 50% travel to properties nationwide.
• 2–5 years property management experience and knowledge of site-level systems.
• Experience in transitions/project management in multifamily is preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheet, Yardi, Entrata, OneSite.

Responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding new property management assignments and oversee due diligence for acquisitions.
• Lead property transition calls and coordinate with regional and national teams.
• Manage due diligence packets, file audits, and IT closeout tasks.
• Coordinate with vendors and ensure timely completion of transition tasks.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve operational efficiency.
