Job summary

Peregrine Hospitality is seeking a Regional Business Transient Sales Manager to drive new transient revenue across a five-hotel portfolio including Los Gatos, Paso Robles, and Pismo Beach. Based at the Toll House Hotel, you will solicit new corporate business, manage current accounts, and expand market share through strategic account development.

You will work with the Toll House Director of Sales and Area Director of Sales, Central Coast, to optimize pricing, cross-sell, and maximize room

Qualifications

• Three years of hotel sales experience required; transient sales preferred.
• Proven ability to prospect and develop new accounts and grow relationships.
• Experience negotiating corporate rates and managing partnerships.
• Strong relationship-building, networking, and communication skills.
• Excellent presentation and organizational abilities.
• Willingness to travel throughout the territory (Los Gatos, Paso Robles, Pismo Beach).

Responsibilities

• Generate new transient business across targeted industries and feeder markets.
• Develop and execute sales plans to increase room revenue and market share.
• Conduct site tours, client meetings, and outside sales calls.
• Maintain relationships with travel managers, executives, and decision makers.
• Negotiate annual corporate rate agreements and partnerships.
• Collaborate with senior sales leadership to maximize portfolio opportunities.
