Hydrafacial LLC is seeking a Regional Training Specialist to lead hands-on device installations and clinical training across the territory. You will collaborate with the Training & Education team, field sales, and corporate accounts to grow the provider base and treatment menu while maintaining high clinical standards.

The role requires extensive regional travel (75%+), a strong esthetics background, and comfort delivering hands-on training to professionals in medical aesthetics.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree or esthetician license preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of esthetics, clinical training, or related hands-on experience.
• Ability to travel 75%+ by vehicle and plane; valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Experience in field-based roles with travel; CRM experience a plus.

Aufgaben

• Conduct new device installations and hands-on clinical training for Hydrafacial providers in the region.
• Deliver refresher and advanced training to expand treatment menu and boosters.
• Co-deliver in-person training with Training & Education team, field sales, and accounts.
• Perform Hydrafacial treatments to support corporate, training, and regional initiatives.
• Maintain territory routing for timely coverage and document activities in CRM.
• Collaborate daily with regional team to align on account priorities and training needs.
• Attend and support trade shows and regional events as needed.
• Leverage marketing tools to increase engagement with SkinHealth Systems devices and product lines.
• Compile and communicate field data and training outcomes to leadership.
