Job summary

Hydrafacial is seeking a Regional Training Specialist in Sacramento to lead hands-on device installations and clinical training for new providers while expanding the treatment menu with existing partners.

You will partner with Sales, Education, and franchise teams to deliver in-person training, travel extensively by car and air, and document outcomes in the CRM. A background in esthetics and clinical training is essential, with strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; esthetician license or college degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of esthetics, clinical training, or related hands-on experience.
• Willingness to travel 75%+ by vehicle and plane; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct new device installations and hands-on clinical training for new providers.
• Deliver refresher and advanced trainings to expand treatment menus.
• Co-deliver in-person trainings with Education, field sales, and franchise teams.
• Perform Hydrafacial treatments to support initiatives and campaigns.
• Maintain territory routing for timely coverage of provider accounts.
• Document training activities and trends in the CRM system.
