Job summary

Hydrafacial LLC is seeking a Regional Training Specialist to onboard new providers, expand treatment menus, and ensure high clinical standards across the region. The role involves hands-on device installations, live demonstrations, and ongoing provider education.

Travel up to 75% is required across the territory. A valid esthetician license or college degree is required, with strong communication and organizational skills to coordinate with multiple teams and events.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of esthetics, clinical training, or related hands‑on experience.
• Ability to travel 75%+ by vehicle and plane.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct new device installations and hands‑on clinical training for new Hydrafacial providers across the region.
• Deliver refresher and advanced training programs for existing providers.
• Support and co‑deliver in-person training programs with Training & Education team, field sales, corporate accounts, and HFX franchise.
• Perform Hydrafacial treatments to support corporate, training, marketing, and regional initiatives.
• Document all training activities, customer interactions, and field trends in the CRM system.
