Job summary

Hydrafacial is seeking a Regional Training Specialist to drive clinical excellence across the territory. You will install new devices, conduct hands-on training for new and existing providers, and expand treatment menus while upholding the brand’s clinical standards.

This field-based role requires a high school diploma or GED, an esthetician license or college degree, and the ability to travel 75% or more by vehicle and plane. Strong organization and CRM experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
• Willing to travel up to 75% by vehicle and air.
• Experience delivering hands-on clinical training to professionals.
• Deep knowledge of skincare ingredients, concerns, and protocols.

Responsibilities

• Conduct new device installations and hands-on clinical training for new Hydrafacial providers.
• Deliver refresher and advanced training to expand treatment menus.
• Support in-person training with Training & Education teams, field sales, and franchise.
• Perform Hydrafacial treatments to support corporate and regional initiatives.
• Maintain territory routing for timely provider visits.
• Document training activities and trends in the CRM system.
