Job summary

Avanath is seeking a Regional Training Manager to lead onboarding and professional development across our communities in the Chicago area. You will design classroom and online curricula, coach managers, and align training with our standards, policies, and performance goals.

You will partner with the VP of Education & Program Development to update materials, monitor resident-facing service excellence, and drive continuous improvement in technology, processes and team readiness.

Qualifications

• Intermediate MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Yardi
• Knowledge of LIHTC and Tax Credit qualifications required

Responsibilities

• Develop and train new associates in classroom environments when hires permit
• Record online training for courses not requiring interaction
• Maintain a new hire mentor program
• Provide coaching to help new office associates gain confidence and accuracy
• Deliver training alongside Regional Training Manager and translate classroom knowledge to real-life skills
• Establish training schedules and write monthly evaluations for key managers
• Monitor and improve mentor programs and training classes
• Maintain customer service orientation and monitor service surveys and reviews
• Partner to ensure follow-up responses to ratings and surveys and aid management with issues
• Coordinate Grace Hill & Interplay Training compliance
• Support culture and employee engagement strategies and cross-functional collaboration
• Comply with Fair Housing and safety regulations and perform other duties
