Job summary

Ideal Dental is seeking a Regional Trainer to support Operations with training and development initiatives. You will coordinate and deliver essential training to meet business needs, while handling multiple tasks to ensure quality SLAs are met.

Join a clinician-led, patient-focused team that values growth. You will work across offices, design curricula, and mentor staff, with travel to ideal dental locations as needed.

Qualifications

• High-School diploma or equivalent required.
• Registered Dental Assistant Certification required.
• 5+ years of experience in training strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver training to meet business needs.
• Develop SOPs, training materials, and workflow processes.
• Serve as primary UAT group for new implementations.
• Set up and facilitate training meetings for partners.
• Assist with onboarding and new-hire training (in-person and virtual).
• Create user manuals, job aids, and visual materials.
• Monitor and report on training program effectiveness.
• Provide coaching to new hires and tenured staff.
