Job summary

Ideal Dental is seeking a Regional Trainer to support Operations within Training and Development. You will coordinate and deliver training programs, develop SOPs, and collaborate with the Operations Team to meet business needs.

The role involves both in-person and virtual instruction and ongoing coaching. You’ll work with dental software, create training materials, and ensure program effectiveness across multiple offices.

Qualifications

• High-School diploma or equivalent required.
• Registered Dental Assistant Certification.
• 5+ years of experience performing in class or on-the-job training strongly preferred.
• LMS experience preferred (Absorb).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver training as an individual contributor.
• Develop process workflows and SOPs for training and client requirements.
• Serve as primary UAT group on new implementations.
• Set up and coordinate training meetings for business partners.
• Assist with onboarding education programs for new employees and conduct training classes.
• Travel to ideal dental office locations as needed.
• Create user manuals, job aids, and visual materials for partner needs.
• Monitor and evaluate training activities and program effectiveness.
• Provide coaching and mentoring for new hires and tenured staff.
