Job summary

The successful candidate will appear in court as a witness or expert on difficult child support cases and develop training materials using Microsoft Office

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience conducting training in a professional environment.
• 1 year of experience preparing and conducting presentations.
• 1 year of experience writing and developing training/presentation materials.
• 4-year college level knowledge, preferably with business/public administration coursework.
• 1 year of responsible administrative experience in public/business organization or completion of an approved management training program.
• Elementary knowledge of Child Support rules and regulations.
• 1 year of experience utilizing Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.
• 2 years of experience utilizing a statewide database system such as CSNET/SDU.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a Regional Trainer for the Springfield Region.
• Organizes, plans, and develops functions for the statewide child support system.
• Researches program issues and compiles information.
• Serves as a training liaison between CSS and internal/external partners including Circuit Clerks, Attorney General staff, State's Attorneys, and other states.
• Appears in court as a witness or expert on difficult child support cases.
• Performs other duties as required within the scope of duties.
