Job summary

PECO Pallet Inc. in Canton, OH, seeks a Regional TPM Site Operations Lead to drive day-to-day performance across safety, quality, cost, inventory and engagement. You will lead TPM teams and own location performance while aligning with TPM partners and senior leaders.

You will manage budgets, mentor staff, deploy standard work, and push continuous improvement initiatives that improve safety, quality, and throughput. This role requires strong data skills and factory leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 8+ years in manufacturing/operations with at least 3 years in a manager role.
• Ability to partner across departments and lead effectively in a team environment.
• Strong data/KPIs analysis to drive decisions and operating improvements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with enterprise software systems.
• Forklift operation ability.

About the RolePicture your day starting with a safety huddle, scanning KPIs across your assigned PECO TPM Locations, and rallying the team around the priorities that move Safety, Quality, Cost, Inventory, and Engagement forward. As the Regional TPM Site Operations Lead, you orchestrate day-to-day execution, grow and develop people, and turn strategic initiatives into standard work that sticks.
