Quality Title, LLC in Front Royal, VA is seeking an experienced Marketing Representative to build and strengthen relationships with real estate agents, lenders, and other industry professionals across the Shenandoah Valley and Northern Virginia.

You will educate partners about title and settlement services, develop marketing initiatives with the in-house team, and represent the company at networking events and community activities.

Qualifications

• Licensed Title Agent required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, lenders, brokers, and industry professionals.
• Generate new business and strengthen existing referral partnerships.
• Educate agents and lenders about title and settlement services.
• Represent Quality Title at networking events and industry functions.
• Maintain active involvement in local chambers and professional associations.
• Develop and maintain a social media presence.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop campaigns.
• Use CRM to track contacts, marketing activities, referrals, and ROI.
• Follow up with referral partners and prospective clients.
• Represent Quality Title professionally in the communities served.
