Job summary

ARCO National Holdings seeks an experienced Regional Tenant Improvement Superintendent to lead high-end TI commercial projects from Framingham, MA. You will manage field operations, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while upholding safety standards.

The role demands 5–25 years of construction experience, leadership, and travel across New England. Procore/Bluebeam experience and a valid license are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• 5–25 years of construction experience with lead superintendent exposure on TI or high-end builds.
• Willingness and ability to travel throughout New England.
• Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Excel proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations and jobsite execution across all phases of TI, commercial, and industrial projects.
• Direct teams, manage conflicts, and coordinate with the project manager to develop construction schedules.
• Oversee work quality, safety, and adherence to specifications and budgets.
• Review requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, and project documents for accuracy.
• Maintain continuous communication with the project manager on progress, plans, and issues.
• Prepare daily reports detailing key project activities and site conditions.
