Job summary

Evolve Therapy Services, LLC seeks a Regional Director of Operations to oversee therapy programs across multiple sites in the Northeast United States. This role combines clinical oversight with strategic operations, travels to facilities, and ensures high-quality rehab services.

The ideal candidate has PDPM knowledge, is licensed in their discipline, and can lead a growing team while driving clinical performance and reimbursement outcomes.

Qualifications

• Therapist with licensure in the state of employment.
• 3–5 years in long-term care with supervisory or consultative roles.
• Must have prior multi-site management experience.
• Strong knowledge of PDPM, Medicare reimbursement, and compliance.
• Proficient with electronic health record systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultation, training and support across assigned area.
• Analyze systems and processes to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with teams to implement recommended changes.
• Perform periodic audits of assessments and documentation.
• Promote best practices and facility performance.
