Job summary

Choice Rehabilitation is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee therapy programs across 15+ skilled nursing facilities in Southeast Missouri. The role partners with Directors of Rehabilitation and facility leadership to strengthen therapy operations and quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Current Missouri license as an evaluating therapist: PT, OTR, or SLP.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in skilled nursing and therapy department management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship building skills.
• Experience managing therapy operations, staffing, compliance, and clinical performance.
• Ability to travel throughout the Southeast Missouri region.
• Commitment to developing strong teams and providing high quality patient centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and operational oversight for therapy programs across 15+ skilled nursing facilities
• Lead, mentor, and support Directors of Rehabilitation and therapy teams throughout the region
• Ensure operations remain compliant with company, state, and federal requirements
• Partner with facility leadership to maintain strong relationships and address operational needs
• Support appropriate staffing and therapy coverage across facilities
• Monitor clinical and operational performance and identify opportunities for improvement
• Develop and implement regional goals and objectives
• Support recruitment, retention, and development of therapy leadership and clinical staff
• Promote consistent communication and collaboration between facility teams and Choice leadership
