Qualifications
- Current Missouri license as an evaluating therapist: PT, OTR, or SLP.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in skilled nursing and therapy department management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship building skills.
- Experience managing therapy operations, staffing, compliance, and clinical performance.
- Ability to travel throughout the Southeast Missouri region.
- Commitment to developing strong teams and providing high quality patient centered care.

We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager to provide leadership and operational oversight for 15+ skilled nursing facilities throughout Southeast Missouri.
This position is ideal for an experienced Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist with a strong skilled nursing and therapy management background who is ready to expand their impact beyond a single facility.
As Regional Manager, you will work closely with Directors of Rehabilitation, facility leadership, and Choice upper management to strengthen therapy operations, develop successful teams, maintain compliance, and support high quality patient care throughout the region.
