Job summary

PACS is seeking a Regional Director of Therapy Services to oversee multiple facility rehabilitation programs, both in-house and contract providers, and to mentor Directors of Rehabilitation. This role ensures adherence to PACS Therapy Best Practices, Medicare guidelines, and State Practice Acts while driving program efficiencies and regional operations.

The position requires leadership, regulatory acumen, and the ability to train leaders across facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in PT/OT/SLP required.
• RAC-CT credential within 1 year of hire.
• Licensed as PT/OT/SLP in good standing.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and therapy software (SharePoint, Net Health, Point Click Care).

Responsibilities

• Visit facilities to support operations and program management.
• Mentor Directors of Rehabilitation and staff as necessary for appropriate patient utilization and treatment plans.
• Review and monitor patient charts to ensure compliance with policies and Medicare guidelines.
• Attend facility meetings and guide facilities on best practices and surveys readiness.
• Monitor staffing ratios and therapist duties to ensure compliance with State Board Acts.
• Travel as needed to reach assigned destinations in a reasonable timeframe.
