Teltonika is seeking an ambitious Sales Manager to join our USA Sales team based in Los Angeles, California. You will lead a hardware-focused B2B sales operation, guiding a new team as it forms and scales to meet strategic targets in the IoT space.

Responsibilities include building a high-performing sales unit, driving revenue growth, hiring and training new team members, and coordinating with internal functions to ensure accurate order fulfillment and strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales leadership experience selling a hardware product.
• Proven track record of sales achievements (B2B).
• Experience in building and motivating sales team.
• Results focused, organized with good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze information, and make decisions independently.

Responsabilités

• Lead, train, motivate and maintain your own sales team representing Teltonika Telematics.
• Execute strategic plans to reach sales targets and expand the customer base.
• Direct and manage the performance and development of your team.
• Actively participate in hiring processes of new members to the team.
• Provide training and counseling for individual team members to ensure targets are met.
• Be playing coach in all sales processes until your sales team is strong enough to play independently.
• Maintain internal systems and ensure that all sales specialists fill the systems correctly.
• Contribute to market research, including identifying market potential and finding opportunities for growth.
• Ensure order tracking and correction.
• Coordinate technical inquiries and logistics process.
