Job summary

Aecon Utilities is seeking a results-driven Regional Manager to lead telecom construction operations across a designated U.S. region.

This role is responsible for the overall performance, delivery, and profitability of regional operations, ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with company objectives. Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• 8–10 years of industry experience with progressive leadership responsibilities.
• Strong project management, budgeting, scheduling, risk, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall direction to ensure bidding strategy optimizes revenue and margin.
• Lead a team of supervisors and staff across the region with clearly defined responsibilities.
• Drive safety performance, quality, and compliance across projects.
• Develop and manage regional forecasts, staffing, and succession planning.
• Establish and maintain client, subcontractor and union relationships.
