This role is accountable for overall performance, delivery, and profitability of regional operations, overseeing sites, workforce, client relationships, and strategic planning. You will manage budget, schedule, quality, and compliance, travel across multiple states, and collaborate with executives, unions, and field teams to deliver operational

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 8–10 years of industry experience with progressive operational leadership.
• Strong project management skills: budget, schedule, risk, and stakeholder management.
