To support this growth, Cooper&Hunter is expanding its U.S. technical training team and is seeking an experienced Regional Technical Trainer to provide hands-on product, installation, application, and troubleshooting training throughout the region.
Our ideal candidate is based in the Miami, Florida area, but we will also consider strong candidates located throughout the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic regions.
The Regional Technical Trainer will be responsible for educating HVAC contractors, technicians, distributor partners, and internal teams on Cooper&Hunter equipment and HVAC best practices.
This is a highly visible, field-based position for someone who combines strong HVAC technical knowledge with the ability to teach, present, and build relationships with contractors and distributors.
The ideal candidate has extensive hands-on HVAC experience, strong knowledge of ductless and ducted systems, and enjoys traveling throughout the region to work directly with HVAC professionals.
