Job summary

Buzzi Unicem USA is seeking a technical liaison to bridge customers with production, sales and marketing across the Kansas, Oklahoma, Western Missouri and Texas regions. You will train sales personnel, respond to government agencies, and support cement performance demonstrations to architects and engineers.

The ideal candidate holds a BS or Concrete Industry Management degree, has cement industry experience, and can present technical information clearly.

Qualifications

• BS or CIM degree required.
• Experience in the concrete/masonry/cement industry.
• Knowledge of concrete/masonry/cement technology and applications.
• Knowledge of cement and admixture chemistry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to make promotional and technical presentations to architects and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical liaison between customer, production, sales and marketing.
• Work with sales personnel to prevent and resolve customer issues.
• Train sales personnel and conduct technical seminars.
• Respond to government agencies at federal, state, and local levels.
• Represent the company in regional technical and promotional organizations.
