Buzzi Unicem USA is seeking a technical liaison to serve as the bridge between customers and production, sales, and marketing across Kansas, Oklahoma, Western Missouri and Texas. The role emphasizes resolving technical issues, supporting training, and representing the company in regional organizations.

The ideal candidate has a degree in concrete industry management or related field, experience in cement/concrete industries, and strong communication and presentation skills.

Qualificações

• B.S. Degree or Concrete Industry Management Degree.
• Experience in the concrete/masonry/cement industry.
• Knowledge of concrete/masonry/cement technology and applications.
• Possess a high degree of integrity and excellent communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the technical liaison between customer and production/sales/marketing in Kansas, Oklahoma, Western Missouri and Texas.
• Work with customers to prevent and resolve issues and provide technical support.
• Train sales personnel and conduct customer seminars on technical/marketing topics.
• Respond to federal, state and local agencies and represent the company in regional technical/promotional groups.
