Job summary

Lincoln Chemical Corporation is seeking a self-driven Technical Sales Representative to manage accounts and drive new business across Indiana, Illinois, and Michigan. You will grow existing accounts, respond to customer needs, forecast, and troubleshoot while delivering technical demos and presentations.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in industrial chemical or related sales, strong problem-solving, and a robust supplier network. Willingness to travel overnight is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years industrial chemical, metal finishing, or fabrication products outside sales experience.
• Strong organizational, communication and analytical skills. Strong understanding of full sales process
• Hands-on individual with strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Robust network of industrial external suppliers
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team
• Willingness to travel overnight
• Must be located in Indiana, Illinois, or Michigan. Full-Time

Responsibilities

• New account acquisition through Networking, Industry Contacts, and Leads
• Grow existing accounts by maintaining relationships with clients
• Manage operation of accounts through responding to customers, forecasting, and troubleshooting needs
• Conduct demos, trials, and technical presentations
• Communicate with technical teams to achieve positive outcomes
• Provide exceptional service and support to our customers
