Job summary

Lincoln Chemical Corporation is seeking a Technical Sales Representative to drive new business and expand existing accounts across Indiana, Illinois, and Michigan. You will manage accounts, perform demos, trials, and technical presentations to customers and partners.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in industrial chemicals or related outside sales, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and a willingness to travel overnight to grow the regional sales footprint.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in industrial chemical, metal finishing, or fabrication products outside sales.
• Strong organizational, communication and analytical skills; understands full sales process.

Lincoln Chemical Corporation is looking for a self-driven individual to join our growing company and sales force. Lincoln Chemical is a manufacturer and supplier of a full line of proven industrial chemical products for cleaning, pretreatment, metalworking, and more. This position will manage accounts and new business development throughout the Indiana/Illinois/Michigan region.

Responsibilities

• New account acquisition through Networking, Industry Contacts, and Leads
• Grow existing accounts by maintaining relationships with clients
• Manage operation of accounts through responding to customers, forecasting, and troubleshooting needs
• Conduct demos, trials, and technical presentations
• Communicate with technical teams to achieve positive outcomes
• Provide exceptional service and support to our customers

Qualifications

• 3+ years industrial chemical, metal finishing, or fabrication products outside sales experience
• Strong organizational, communication and analytical skills. Strong understanding of full sales process
• Hands-on individual with strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Robust network of industrial external suppliers
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team
• Willingness to travel overnight
• Must be located in Indiana, Illinois, or Michigan. Full-Time
