Meriton is a national team of experts driving HVAC innovation and value for partners and people. Meriton seeks a Recruiting Manager - Talent Strategy to lead a recruiting POD, advise OPCOs, and deliver full cycle recruiting across multiple functions in a hybrid Irving, TX setting.

You will partner with OPCO Presidents, drive workforce planning, and build pipelines while coaching recruiters and ensuring a consistent, scorecard‑driven hiring process. Strong analytics and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of full cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience leading recruiters; people management preferred.
• Experience advising on recruiting strategy, workforce planning, and labor market conditions.
• Experience using an ATS and recruiting data to manage pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead one recruiting POD (National, West, Texas, Midwest, or Gulf Coast) and align with OPCOs.
• Develop hiring strategies and full cycle recruiting across roles and regions.
• Coach recruiters, set priorities, and balance requisitions across teams.
• Partner with OPCO Presidents and leaders on workforce planning and openings.
• Maintain scorecards, cadence, and consistency in interviewing and assessments.
• Provide regular updates on hiring progress and market conditions.
