Qualifications

• 2+ years recruiting and administrative experience.
• Excellent organizational, communication and time management skills.
• MS Office proficiency; experience with a payroll system and with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Ability to travel occasionally to visit all local site locations.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-potential candidates whose skills, culture, motivation and ambition align with our needs.
• Work with management to identify internal hiring needs and create job descriptions.
• Conduct full interview process: phone, in-person, background and reference checks.
