Sunstates Security is seeking an Operations Manager to lead our Massachusetts region (Hopedale/Framingham). You will oversee daily security operations, staff development, payroll and scheduling, client relations, and onboarding.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related management and leadership in the security industry, law enforcement, or military.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong organizational, leadership, communication, and time management skills.
• Experience with scheduling software.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations for security sites in the Massachusetts region.
• Train and motivate supervisory staff; ensure policy adherence.
• Oversee payroll, scheduling, and invoicing processes.
• Coordinate with Regional Manager to set regional goals and drive business opportunities.
• Hire, onboard, and manage site staff; visit sites for training and audits.
• Maintain security operations manuals and ensure compliance.
