Job summary

Chick-fil-A Supply is seeking a Regional Talent Leader to direct talent activities across the Eastern region, including employee relations, recruiting, organizational planning, legal compliance, safety, training, and communication. The role travels to each distribution center every 6-8 weeks and partners with regional leadership to engage team members and strengthen Chick-fil-A Supply culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required.
• 8+ years HR experience with 5+ years in a talent/generalist role.
• Experience in multi-state food/service distribution or manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to lead strategic talent initiatives and programs.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Direct talent activities across the region including recruiting and planning.
• Partner with regional and distribution center leaders on talent programs.
• Lead employee relations, safety, and compliance within the region.
• Implement and deploy talent programs (Total Rewards, L&D, Planning).
• Advise leadership on talent programs and regional needs.
• Foster Chick-fil-A Supply culture and cross-region collaboration.
