Job summary

Chick-fil-A Supply is seeking a Regional Talent Leader to direct talent activities across the Eastern Region, including employee relations, recruiting, planning, legal compliance, safety, training, and communications. You will provide strategic talent leadership to the Midwest region and travel to Distribution Centers every 6–8 weeks.

You will partner with regional leaders, implement talent programs, and ensure policy compliance across a multi-state environment while shaping Chick-fil-A Supply

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
• Approximately 8 years of HR experience, with 5 years in a talent generalist role.
• Experience in food or consumer goods distribution or manufacturing with multi-unit leadership.
• Ability to manage both tactical and strategic talent functions.
• Experience leading change management.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to influence.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with regional and distribution center leaders to foster positive employee relations and communications within their region.
• Oversee talent practices including recruiting, staffing, compliance, compensation, benefits and safety within the region.
• Provide strategic talent direction and deploy talent programs (Total Rewards, Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, etc.).
• Establish and maintain partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business goals.
• Advise leadership on talent programs and challenges; coach and develop high-performing teams.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and policy adherence across multiple states.
