Job summary

Barry’s is seeking a Talent Development Lead to oversee regional instructor development and programming for Red Room classes. You will coach instructors, build community, and ensure WOW experience across studios. The role requires full-time commitment, strong leadership, and collaboration with Marketing and Talent teams.

Qualifications

• Must hold and maintain Instructor or personal training certification; CPR certification; and experience leading group training or working as a personal trainer.
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
• Outstanding communication and people skills.
• Familiarity with MS Office, Google Suite and various business software.

Responsibilities

• Own a schedule of a minimum of 15 regularly scheduled Red Room classes per week, flexed based on studio size and needs.
• Mentor Instructors and provide feedback on programming and WOW experience.
• Lead new Instructor training in region with curriculum delivery and brand feedback.
• Attend weekly meetings with DOIT and partner with Talent Leadership on programming guidelines.
• Manage recruitment pipeline and source qualified candidates for Instructors.
• Conduct team-building events and ensure alignment with MVV across the region.
