Job summary

Barry's is seeking a Talent Development Lead to guide a regional team, develop instructors, and deliver a WOW experience across Red Room classes. You will champion programming, engagement and brand-aligned marketing while building a strong talent pipeline.

Responsibilities include recruiting and training instructors, coaching performance, and coordinating with studio leadership to ensure consistent WOW experiences and MVV alignment. Relocation support is available for Marin-based candidates.

Qualifications

• Must hold instructor or personal training certification and CPR certification.
• Experience leading group training or working as a personal trainer.
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
• Outstanding communication and people skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a schedule of a minimum of 40 hours per week with a flexible weekend roster.
• Lead instructor talent development, programming and WOW experience.
• Recruit, train and manage instructor talent with quarterly events.
• Conduct weekly feedback meetings and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with Marketing to enhance brand-aligned social media presence.
