Job summary

Barry’s is seeking a Talent Development Lead to guide regional instructor talent, programming, and WOW experiences across studios. You will drive instructor development, coaching, and recruitment, ensuring consistent class quality and Barry’s standards.

Your role includes leading training programs, promoting brand-aligned strategies, and partnering with Talent Leadership to build a high-performing team. A full-time schedule with weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Must hold and maintain Instructor or personal training certification; CPR certification; and experience leading group training or working as a personal trainer.
• Available for a full-time schedule (40 hours/week) with weekend availability.
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities; strong communication and people skills.
• Experienced in Barry’s brand culture and performance standards.

Responsibilities

• Support Instructor development to drive the WOW experience and signature programming.
• Coach Instructors on community building and studio engagement across locations.
• Partner with Marketing to build brand-aligned social presence.
• Lead new Instructor training and manage pre/post-training support.
• Mentor instructors and ensure consistent WOW class quality.
