Job summary

Barry’s Ardmore is seeking a Talent Development Lead to guide the regional Talent team, champion Barry’s culture, and elevate the WOW experience across Red Room classes. You will recruit, train, coach instructors, and partner with Marketing to build brand-aligned social presence, while delivering consistent programming and leading team-building events.

Relocation assistance is available for this position if you are based outside Ardmore.

Qualifications

• Full-time availability of 40 hours per week with weekend availability.
• Must hold Instructor or personal training certification and CPR certification.
• Experience leading group fitness or personal training.
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
• Minimum of 1 year tenure at Barry’s or 2 years external experience.

Responsibilities

• Support Instructor development and WOW programming.
• Coach Instructors to build community and social media presence.
• Lead new Instructor training in your region, delivering curriculum and brand feedback.
• Own a schedule of at least 12 Red Room classes per week.
• Conduct monthly Instructor team meetings and quarterly bonding activities.
• Mentor new Instructors and embody Barry’s MVV to drive culture.
