Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Director of Regional Operations to drive specialization strategy and organizational alignment for all recruiting. You will work with Regional Leaders and strategic delivery teams to expand capabilities, improve delivery execution, and enable customer growth.

The role requires 2+ years at director level within TEKsystems and strong analytics, change management, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience as a minimum.
Minimum 2 years in Director or above experience at TEKsystems preferred in Technology Talent Delivery & Services.
Must be highly organized with the ability to coach and manage employees at various levels.
Strong analytical skills to evaluate data and drive strategy.
Experience leading operational and change management strategies.
Proven ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Drive specialization alignment and execution to meet business goals.
Establish and drive operating processes within the QOP framework.
Articulate and promote the vision and strategy to motivate teams.
Maintain consistent communication across Local, Regional, Center and Strategic groups.
Build relationships to enable collaboration and execution of plans.
Coach Delivery Managers and Specialization Leads with feedback.
Expand specialization to new skills and market opportunities.
Identify strategic business opportunities to propel growth.
