• Vendor and RPO expertise in a mid-to-large organization

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and scale a global Talent Acquisition strategy
• Manage the RPO partner and governance, KPIs, and SLAs
• Lead end-to-end executive recruitment for senior leadership roles
• Build and maintain an executive talent pipeline through direct sourcing and partnerships
• Provide data-driven TA analytics and regular executive reporting
