Job summary

Eden Senior Care is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for the Fox Valley Region. The role is office-based with travel to assigned facilities, supporting 2–4 sites at a time across Fond du Lac, Oshkosh, Omro, Ripon, Appleton, and Green Bay.

The ideal candidate has recruiting experience in healthcare or senior living, is sales-oriented, energetic, and able to build strong candidate pipelines while partnering with facility leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in healthcare recruiting is a plus.
• Agency or in-house recruiting experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen applicants for open positions across assigned facilities.
• Provide 2–4 facility support based on staffing needs.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future roles.
• Partner with facility leaders to develop targeted recruitment strategies.
• Attend local events to promote Eden Senior Care and attract talent.
• Maintain and update recruiting records in the ATS.
