Job summary

Eden Senior Care is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support recruiting across multiple facilities in the Fox Valley region. The role is office-based with travel to assigned Eden Senior Care facilities, requiring interaction with facility leadership and hiring managers to meet staffing needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in healthcare recruitment or staffing is a plus.
• Ability to travel to facilities within the Fox Valley Region.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen applicants for open positions across assigned facilities.
• Provide supplemental recruiting support to approximately 2–4 facilities at a time.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future roles.
• Serve as a recruiting ambassador through the full recruitment, onboarding, and retention process.
• Partner with facility leadership and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Attend local job fairs and community events representing Eden Senior Care.
• Travel to assigned facilities to provide recruiting support and attend events.
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruiting activity records in the ATS.
