This full-time position focuses on attracting top talent and delivering a smooth candidate experience from application to onboarding.

You will partner with local operations and HR, build a strong talent pipeline, and source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and events.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Experience in healthcare is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract top talent for the Pacific region.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, events, and proactive outreach.
• Screen and coordinate interviews with department managers to ensure alignment.
• Partner with operations and HR teams to support interviews and hiring needs.
• Build relationships with schools and feeder programs to generate applicants.
• Travel to recruiting events as needed.
• Maintain candidate data and documentation in compliance with policy.
